Besides excellent depth in project management, Thayer has a long history of assisting executive management with defining system requirements and translating business needs into a tangible software designs and implementation plans. Thayer comes from a solid development background with hands on experience in both the Microsoft and Open Source/Java environments. The combination of his experience in project management, requirements definition and software development uniquely positions him to help SolTech’s clients from conception through implementation.
Prior to joining SolTech, Thayer spent 5 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers consulting with large top-tier clients to provide strategic software and managing implementions of a number of large scale ecommerce and ebusiness projects, followed by work in the real estate and mortgage industries.Thayer grew up in the Atlanta area and has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.
Thayer lives in metro Atlanta with his wife Lori and son Geran.
