The ASP.NET mobile controls are formerly known as the Microsoft Mobile Internet Toolkit (MMIT). They extend the power of the Microsoft .NET Framework and Visual Studio to build mobile Web applications by enabling ASP.NET to deliver markup to a wide variety of mobile devices.

 

Developer Perspective

SolTech has been helping clients extend their existing applications to mobile devices for years. Our most recent project for one of our clients enables security guards on patrol to have ready access to guest data through a .NET mobile application. The beauty of these applications is how quickly they can be built. As a result, large ROIs are recognized very quickly.
