With the Team Incubation approach, we recruit, and build a complete "SWAT" team with finely selected skill sets to begin work immediately on our client's business solution at SolTech's facility. This approach allows hands on mentoring from our in-house experts .

Once the project is underway, and the heavy lifting is managed, the team transitions to the client facility with continued access to the SolTech team.
