Responsibilities:
|
- Supports sales and operations planning
- Demonstrate a general knowledge of the JDA suite of applications or an equivalent software solution
- Troubleshooting and fixing problems in a highly customized JDA environment
|
|
Required Qualifications:
|
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years experience with JDA Supply Chain Planning and Optimization modules (DP, MP, Sequencing, Fulfillment, etc)
- 5+ years experience with PLSQL
- 3+ years of Oracle/Unix experience
- Must be available to work nights and/or weekends to cover on call, based on on-call schedule
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Optimization processes/tools
- Strong customer service oriented, analytical, problem solving, and trouble shooting skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the following JDA modules: Demand Planning (Forecasting), Master Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Sequencing
- Working knowledge of MS ACCESS and MS Excel
- Tivolli job scheduling
- SAP MM/PP functional knowledge
