Position Description:

The Enterprise Systems Analyst to take on responsibility for providing technology support for an ERP system supporting multiple business areas including Purchasing, Merchandising, Marketing, Call Center, and Order Management\Fulfillment\Distribution. Additional roles will include providing technology support for administrative systems in Finance and Human Resources. Responsibilities:
|
- Provide first level support for Ecometry and its system\middleware interfaces
- Assist with the review of systems to streamline current processes and reduce operational costs
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements relative to functional enhancements; perform research and analysis, prepare assigned project deliverables, and detailed specifications from which in-house or vendor systems will be programmed/configured, and provide process and workflow analysis; implement those enhancements in partnership with IT, business users, and 3rd party vendors as required
- Monitor system performance and user administration; ensure daily production jobs execute without issue and report and correct errors when they occur Support operational reporting for the business as required
- EDI Support - New trading partner setup and testing, monitoring daily EDI processes, technical liaison with VAN, software providers, trading partners, and internal users
- Execute and process data extracts and file transfers to and from the Ecometry system from both internal and external users
- Assist development of Business Intelligence tools, including standard reporting and assisting with ad hoc analysis

Required Qualifications:
|
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3 to 5 years ERP System Support Experience, 1 or more with Ecometry preferred
- Knowledge of EDI processes as used in retail environments a plus
- Retail Direct to Consumer knowledge a plus
- Experience with MS SQL Server required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 24/7 availability for support and after hours work in order to support the availability and uptime requirements of supported systems as needed
